When you use NoteVox, we may collect:

• Audio and video files you upload for processing
• URLs you submit for transcription
• Anonymous usage analytics (page views, interactions)
• Technical information such as browser type and IP address

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you provide to:

• Transcribe and process your audio/video files
• Generate summaries and content outputs
• Improve the service quality and accuracy

4. Audio File Storage

Audio files uploaded to NoteVox are processed in memory and are not stored permanently on our servers. Files are discarded after processing is complete. We do not retain transcripts or audio data beyond your current session unless you explicitly save it.

5. Third-Party Services

NoteVox uses OpenAI's API for transcription and summarization. Audio data is sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's data handling is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

6. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not use cookies for advertising or sell your data to third parties.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you and request its deletion. Since we do not store user accounts or audio data persistently, most requests are automatically satisfied.
