NoteVox provides AI-powered audio and video transcription, summarization, and content generation services. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NoteVox to:

• Process audio or video you do not have rights to transcribe
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent service limits or restrictions
• Use the service for bulk scraping or automated abuse

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the audio content you upload. NoteVox retains rights to the product, interface, and underlying technology. The AI-generated outputs belong to you once produced.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI transcription and summarization are not 100% accurate. Always review outputs before publishing or relying on them for important decisions. NoteVox is not liable for errors in transcription or generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

NoteVox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of NoteVox after changes means you accept the updated terms.
